When is this required: In the event that you did not follow all of the steps on https://helpv3.supershow.io/supershow-events/finish-last-show-event-create-next-event, and have wrongly finished your copied event, and do not have an available active copy of the event.

Process: 

1. Payment is confirmed for this service
2. Please allow 3-5 days for a developer to be available to service your request
3. Once payment received, a Senior Developer at ARD Software will work on your site to revert your FINISHED Event to an ACTIVE state
4. The Event will be available to COPY again, and for you to follow the steps on https://helpv3.supershow.io/supershow-events/finish-last-show-event-create-next-event
5. An ARD Software team member will confirm this with you once available, and can share a call with you while you do this, if required. 
6. You are ready to work on your next event.
